Role Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our business by ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a motivated, high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Opening & Closing Procedures
  • Inventory & Stock Management
  • Sales & KPI Achievement
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Health, Safety, & Cleanliness
  • Money Handling

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in these role, you should have:

  • Availability to work weekdays & some weekends
  • Previous experience in food/ hospitality
  • Barista experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
