About the RoleAs a Home & Investment Lending Assistant in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in working with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.

As a Home & Investment Lending Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment propertyCoach customers through each step of the journey, Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experienceMaintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamlessDeliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ What will you bring?To be successful in this role, you should bring in the following:
Role model strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experienceFinancially savvy and active user and promoter of technologyAbility to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguityProactive, shows initiative with strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys working in a collaborative team environmentHigh level of attention to detail is essentialYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
