The Role

As a part-time (35 hours) Assistant Store Manager at Williams Narellan, you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

What you'll do:

  • Create memorable customer moments every day
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
  • Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
  • Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
