Berowra Eye Studio, is now seeking applications for a reliable and enthusiastic Optical Assistant and/or Dispenser to join our growing team

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is confident and friendly, with strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people. Whether you're experienced or just starting out and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style
  • Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits
  • Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings
  • Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Hours available include weekdays, Thursday late night trading and Saturdays

We'd Love to Hear from You if You:

  • Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus)
  • Optical Dispenser applicants must have prior experience with Certification preferred
  • Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
  • Take initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
  • Are reliable and motivated to build a role in the optical industry
