We’re looking for someone who is confident and friendly, with strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner
- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style
- Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits
- Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings
- Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Hours available include weekdays, Thursday late night trading and Saturdays

**We’d Love to Hear from You if You**:

- Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus)
- Optical Dispenser applicants must have prior experience with Certification preferred
- Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
- Take initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- Are reliable and motivated to build a role in the optical industry
