Position: Chef / Cook (Full-time or Part-time)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience in Indian cooking — especially chaat, tandoor, curries, prep, and Indo-Chinese.
  • Takes pride in maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation under pressure.
  • Is creative and not afraid to experiment or innovate new dishes that wow our guests.
  • Understands prep management, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Works efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an Indian restaurant kitchen.
  • Deep knowledge of spices, flavours, and vegetarian cooking.
  • Ability to manage prep and service smoothly during busy hours.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for food.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.

Position: Wait Staff / Customer Service (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Take and communicate orders clearly and accurately.
  • Manage tables, service timing, and customer feedback efficiently.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or café service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and management abilities.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
