- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer science, Information Systems and/or relevant field.
- Demonstrated domain knowledge gained in a complex digital environment, such as payments, an Online Travel Agency or large-scale eCommerce site.
- Experience with digital experimentation and A/B testing, with a solid understanding of experiment design principles, and knowledge of testing platforms.
- Previous experience in and knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of Product Management and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience guiding multiple cross-functional squads to execute a product roadmap, in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups, including Marketing, Commercial, Customer Operations, and Technology.
- Experience launching multiple digital products and an ability to think strategically and creatively.
- A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love.
- The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
- The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.
