About The Role
The Senior Product Manager will act as a pivotal leadership role within Alinta Energy's Digital Channels team, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic roadmap to drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leading a team of two direct reports, this role owns the commercial outcomes for digital growth and delivers high-impact initiatives that expand digital sales, reduce churn, and elevate customer experience. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimisation, the successful candidate will champion innovation and deliver seamless, customer-first digital journeys that set a new benchmark for the energy sector.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development of a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap, using prioritisation frameworks to focus on the most impactful initiatives.
- Conduct cost–benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment, while managing budgets in partnership with Finance.
- Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to run customer research and usability testing, using insights to shape the product backlog.
- Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways, and manage the digital product lifecycle using agile practices.
- Provide strategic updates to senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to ensure successful product launches.
Your Experience
- Significant experience in a similar digital product management role, with a focus on acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Experience creating, owning and delivering strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to align against commercial outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
- Personal resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment while delivering at speed and scale.
