We are seeking an inspiring and relational leader to guide our Junior School Community - a Head who leads with love, purpose and a deep belief in the power of Positive Education. The Head of Junior School position is based at our North School of Trinity College. The position of Head of Junior School will be appointed as a five year contract, with an underlying substantive of a full-time permanent teacher paid at a Position of Responsibility (POR) Level 4 standard and with a 15 lesson allocation for the role. The POR Level 4 allowance ($27,135) is paid in addition to your teaching step rate (eg. Teaching Step 10 $125,789 + POR allowance). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices of teaching, learning and wellbeing approaches. The position description is attached.
