About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Pet Groomer to join our team in Broadbeach. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring each pet receives the care, comfort, and attention they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering premium grooming services using modern techniques and tools

• Collaborating with the grooming team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and pet welfare

• Consulting with clients to understand their pets' individual needs and style preferences

• Upholding a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment

• Assisting in driving business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and promoting our services

About You

With a genuine passion for animals and an eye for detail, you take pride in every groom you complete. You're a motivated professional who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional pet groomer, with proven excellence in grooming standards

• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

• Strong communication and client service skills

• The ability to multitask, stay organised, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• A deep love for animals and a commitment to their well-being

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in pet grooming (highly regarded but not essential)
