Groomer Wanted — Join The Fur Spa by Chelle (Nerang)

Are you an artistic groomer who wants to work somewhere calm and supportive, not rushed and stressful?

At The Fur Spa by Chelle, we believe grooming should be calm, mindful, and rewarding — for both the dogs and the groomers.

We're looking for a Junior Groomer ready to grow into a Senior, or a Senior Groomer who wants a peaceful, supportive environment where quality comes before quantity.

About the role

• Position: Permanent — Full-time preferred (flexible hours/days)
• Location: 21 Station St, Nerang — next to the wonderful team at Hinterland Veterinary Surgery
• Hours: You choose your schedule Most groomers work full-time hours, but whether that's 5 days or 4 longer days is up to you.
• Start: Ready when you are

You'll be working alongside Chelle, founder and head groomer, known for gentle handling and meticulous scissor finishes. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skillset in a salon where time, care, and artistry are valued.

What We're Looking For

Experience is wonderful, but attitude is everything.

You should have at least 1 year of grooming experience (or strong natural ability) and be confident completing full grooms solo.

No certificates required — just a good eye and a big heart.

Tools: Bring your own scissors; everything else is supplied.
