Job Opportunity – Diesel Fitter (HME)

HCJ Group is currently seeking skilled Diesel Fitters with Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) experience to join our growing team in Weipa, QLD. Roles are available as residential or FIFO from Cairns, working on a 7/7 day–night rotating roster.

Requirements
  • Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 2+ years' mining industry experience
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Ability to pass an RSHQ medical (including drug & alcohol screening) and Pre-Employment medical
  • Manual Driver's Licence (HC highly regarded)
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • G1 Apply Risk Management Certificate
  • Working at Heights Ticket
  • EWP High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Forklift High Risk Work Licence (LF)

We are looking for a responsible, team-focused Diesel Fitter who demonstrates initiative, independence, and a strong work ethic. Experience in repairing a wide range of heavy machinery is essential.
