Labourers – Cold Room Dismantle | Bakers Creek

TEAM Labour Solutions are currently seeking Labourers to join our crew on a project in Bakers Creek, QLD.

You'll be assisting with the dismantling, removal, and stacking of pallet racking inside a cold room environment within an operating meat works facility.

Work will be conducted on a rotating basis — approximately 2 hours in and 2 hours out of the cold room.

We're looking for reliable, physically fit workers who can follow safety procedures and work well within a team.


Job Details:
  • Location: Bakers Creek, QLD
  • Start Time: From 6:30 AM
  • Finish Time: Around 2:30 PM (plus overtime – typically 10–12 hrs/day)

  • Pay Rates:

  • $36.00 per hour (first 8 hrs)

  • $47.55 per hour (8–10 hrs)
  • $61.09 per hour (10+ hrs)
  • Start Date: Expected commencement 5th December
  • Duration: 5-9 days

Requirements:
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis shirt (thermal clothing recommended)
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Ability to follow site safety rules and directions

Candidates with a current Q-Fever vaccination are preferred.

Those without will be required to wear a P2 mask while working.
