At Spring Kids Early Learning Centre, we pride ourselves on our unique outdoor environments, offering children plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and learn. Our team is very creative and friendly, with a collaborative spirit that makes every day enjoyable. You'll be part of a supportive leadership team that values professional growth and provides guidance whenever needed.

We are seeking candidates who hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or are currently studying towards their qualifications. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love working with children, we would love to hear from you

To be considered for this position, you will:

  • Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or be studying towards one
  • BE AVAILABLE 5 DAYS PER WEEK, ROTATING SHIFT
  • Have a professional and positive outlook
  • Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be experienced in planning and implementing programs that support children's learning
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check
