About The Role
Join RFDS Mobile Patient Care and make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, patient-first transport services for those in pre- and post-hospital care. You'll be part of a trusted team that upholds the highest standards of safety and professionalism, guided by industry regulations and RFDS values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care across a range of acuity levels, ensuring clinical interventions are safe, effective, and aligned with RFDS policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and healthcare teams to support safe, timely patient transport and accurate handovers.
• Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and maintaining professional registration and competencies through ongoing education and accreditation.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards, ensuring vehicles and equipment are ready, and work practices meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, using resources efficiently, participating in quality assurance activities, and promoting incident reporting for service enhancement.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications in Paramedical Science, Health Science (Paramedic), or equivalent
• Completion of 400 clinical hours or graduate year
• Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
• Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster
• NEPT experience is a plus, but not essential

• Mandatory vaccinations (MMR, DTP, Varicella, Influenza, min of 3 Hep B vaccinations and positive serology)
