Job Title: Fulfilment Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am start time (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfilment Specialist to join our warehouse and logistics team. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring correct handling and storage.
  • Operate within warehouse safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfilment targets.
  • Support transport and logistics operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment preferred but not essential.
  • Physically fit – heavy lifting may be required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 9:00am start time (Monday–Friday, non-negotiable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
