Join us as a Principal Business Analyst in the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, where you'll play a vital role supporting the delivery of large-scale ICT enabled business change projects. Lead and proactively consult with Queensland Health business representatives across the state to analyse, develop and implement future state business workflows and supporting data changes to implement the IWFM electronic rostering solution for predominantly nurses and midwives across multiple Queensland Health sites. We are searching for someone who has:
- Strong background in researching, analysing and documenting business requirement specifications, documenting software requirement specifications and using Use Case methodology.
- Strong experience in process and data management and analytics and proven experience in drawing business process models including 'as is' and 'to be'.
- Demonstrated expertise to identify key issues, perform research and analysis and develop/document solutions.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a large workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
