Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you'll take the lead in driving new business across Enterprise Accounts by proactively selling Trend Micro's solutions. Success will come from direct customer engagement and strategic collaboration with partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Trend Micro's solutions and services to enterprise and government customers, including responding to tenders and RFPs.

  • Identify and engage target accounts, with a focus on expanding market share in NSW.

  • Collaborate with Pre-sales team to deliver tailored solutions

  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals with customers and channel partners.

  • Deliver compelling presentation and proposals that clearly communicate Trend Micro's value and differentiation.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to shape effective sales strategies.

  • Co-ordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, sales and technical support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing government and large enterprise users) accounts, with a proven track record of success and quota achievement

  • Demonstrated ability to sell IT security, infrastructure, or software solutions - preferably with experience at a software vendor

  • Skilled in engaging c-level stakeholders through business value-driven conversations

  • Proven success in strategic selling and large account management, with quantifiable results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrable presentation skills, negotiation skills and strong closing ability
