Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are on schedule, monitoring compliance with safety standards, and conducting inspections to uphold quality and industry standards. The Construction Site Supervisor will lead teams, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of residential building projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and hands-on experience in Site Supervision to lead teams and manage on-site activities effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Expertise in conducting Inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Construction Safety standards and guidelines to maintain a safe worksite environment
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Experience in residential construction projects is highly desirable
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related field
