MCM Auto Electrics is looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Canning Vale.

We're specialists in auto electrical and air conditioning repairs, installations, and systems across mining, construction, and marine industries and we're ready to train the right person who's eager to learn and grow with us.

The role:

  • Help with general office and admin tasks
  • Support invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist with parts ordering, receiving stock, and workshop organisation
  • Answer calls and assist customers and suppliers
  • Learn to manage job files, parts, and workshop systems

Skills and Experience:

  • Some admin or office experience (any industry)
  • Confident with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Keen to learn about the automotive/electrical industry
  • Reliable, organised, and good with people
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

We'll provide full on the job training.

Experience with MYOB or auto parts is a bonus, not a must
