Labourpower Recruitment Services specialises in labour hire solutions for businesses in key industry sectors right across Australia and we pride ourselves on our industry knowledge and have effective processes in place to match the right candidate to the right job every time.

Labourpower is currently seeking multiple pick pack/process workers for work within the food manufacturing industry. We are looking for a number of enthusiastic process workers located around the Rowville area.

Working within a GMP environment you would be required to assist in the production of chocolate and confectionary products, including hand packing, palletising, foiling and reworking products within a fast paced environment. Quality checking products and general housekeeping duties are also required tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have the ability to work within a food production environment
  • Be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kgs
  • Have good time management skills
  • Have good mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
  • Have required PPE - steel capped boots and high visibility clothing
  • Have a valid driver's licence and own transport
  • Be available to work Monday - Friday ongoing

On offer are ongoing day shifts consisting of usually 8 hours a shift, with start on day shift from 7am and afternoon shifts starting from 3:30pm.
