About the Role
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role suited to a Psychologist with up to 5 years experience, or currently completing a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
This opportunity provides the chance to work as a team to influence leadership, culture, selection, and team performance across a diverse client portfolio, including government and private sector organisations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
You may have experience with all or none of the below. That is okay, we are here to support you. In the role you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and deliver psychometric assessment projects, including administration, interpretation, and client debriefs for mid-level managers and below.
- Facilitate psychometric accreditation sessions and professional development workshops.
- Develop content and add psychology insights and research into how we support our clients.
- Analyse employee experience data, generate insights into presentations, and assist with survey design, benchmarking, and platform configuration (including Qualtrics).
- Support internal projects such as career coaching, competency modelling, 360-degree feedback, and assessment development centres.
- Assist with tender and proposal preparation, so we can best align with what our clients need.
- Participate in client meetings and collaborate across our Davidson teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will be a registered Psychologist or in the process of completing your Masters of Organisational Psychology.
- Have exposure to psychometric assessment for selection and development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trusted relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
