Role Description

  • Work alongside a small team maintaining lawns, gardens, and communal outdoor spaces
  • Operate zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, blowers and other grounds equipment safely
  • Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes
  • Communicate with supervisors and onsite contacts to complete service requests
  • Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional site presence

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or similar
  • Experience operating zero-turn mowers & gardening equipment
  • Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lead or mentor others on site
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in workmanship
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
