Our Client:
A leading organisation committed to delivering seamless Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to support business operations and data reporting.
The Role:
You will coordinate and manage technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, including Power BI reporting. You will triage issues, communicate with users, escalate complex cases, and support continuous system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and triage support tickets for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power BI using ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide first-line user support and troubleshooting for CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI issues.
- Communicate clearly with users about issue status, workarounds, and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and prioritise system enhancements based on user feedback.
- Support reporting requests and assist users in understanding and using Power BI dashboards effectively.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials to improve service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Working knowledge of Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
