Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our high-end salon team. As a Senior Stylist, you will provide exceptional haircuts, color treatments, and styling services for a diverse clientele. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while working in a professional and stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform haircuts, trims, and styling based on client preferences, trends, and industry standards.
  • Apply hair color treatments, including coloring, highlights, balayage, and other techniques.
  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their hair goals and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident in your care.
  • Recommend and sell high-quality hair care products to clients based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and salon environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and hair care products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by New South Wales.
  • Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Stylist, with expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with various hair types and textures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for styling.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced techniques such as hair extensions, keratin treatments, or bridal styling.
  • Previous experience in a high-end salon environment is a plus.
