ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hair stylist who can work fast, diligently and engage with both the customer and the team. Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience in free hand balayage/highlight, a strong history of colouring and also cutting. We would love someone vibrant with an enthusiastic approach to industry standards and expectations - COV is all about fun and functionality - with a no fuss approach.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a hair stylist
  • 5+ years experience in cutting, men's cutting and extended knowledge and experience in dry and razor cutting
  • 5+ years experience in freehand colouring and balayage techniques
  • Freehand balayage and highlight
  • Versatile approach to colour and cut.
  • Extremely comfortable cutting on dry hair for textural and structural work
  • Likes to be pushed and challenged in the working environment
  • Strong experience and engagement with customer experience and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
