About the role

Based in Karratha, and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the portables team & coordinate resources & jobs, in line with budget, to maximise the quality & availability of our portables fleet.

As a Team Leader – Portables, you will:

  • Coordinate the completion of cleaning, general maintenance & repair jobs
  • Assist in loading, unloading & securing fleet for transport
  • Ensure all furniture & accessories are prepared & packed as required for hire
  • Ensure all necessary materials, tools & equipment are available to enable efficient work
  • Train, supervise & mentor team to ensure all work is carried out & compliant with Australian Standards and building codes
  • Assist in the completion of cleaning, general maintenance & repair jobs

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High Risk Work Licence & Current Drivers Licence
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
  • Handyperson experience with strong aptitude for hands-on, building tasks
  • Ability to promote, influence and drive a positive safety culture
  • Construction Industry White Card (desirable)
