Performance Marketing Specialist
who lives in the data and loves improving results.

This role is about performance - managing paid campaigns, fixing tracking, and finding the story in the numbers that drives real enquiries and enrolments.

What You'll Do

  • Build and enforce UTM and tracking discipline across all campaigns
  • Rebuild and manage paid, web, and CRM strategy to drive qualified leads
  • Report weekly & monthly on key outcomes - CPL, lead quality, and enquiry/occupancy impact
  • Monitor website performance and lead initiatives to reduce bounce rates and increase "Book a Tour" conversions
  • Plan and optimise EDM strategy and automated nurture journeys to convert leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise spend and results.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in digital marketing (multi-site, property, education, or franchise experience ideal)
  • Deep technical knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker/Tableau
  • Proven success linking marketing data to real commercial outcomes
  • Strength in campaign accountability, paid strategy, and CRO execution
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Practical understanding of CRO, remarketing, and campaign optimisation.
  • A drive to measure, learn, and improve every week.
