Are you a culinary dynamo ready to make waves in Brisbane's vibrant dining scene? Isles Lane, nestled in the heart of Post Office Square, is searching for a Sous Chef with unstoppable drive and a flair for creativity to join our stellar team

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, bringing razor-sharp organisational skills and top-notch kitchen administration to keep things running well. You'll collaborate closely with our Head Chef to craft innovative specials and exciting new menu items that keep our guests coming back for more. Your passion for quality ingredients and bold flavours will shine as you help deliver exceptional meals to our discerning diners.

This Monday-to-Friday role offers the perfect balance of structure and creative freedom, working alongside a tight-knit, talented crew dedicated to culinary excellence. If you're super organised, bursting with ideas, and ready to elevate the Isles Lane menu to new heights, we want to hear from you

Candidates will need to possess the following skills:

  • Have your commercial cookery qualification
  • A ready-to-work attitude
  • A good, solid work ethic
  • Pride in their presentation & their food presentation
  • A passion for learning and growing your skill set
  • A desire to join a team where you're part of a bigger team in a bigger company with 20 years of running hospitality businesses.
  • All applicants must be approved to work 40+ hours per week in Australia.  We will not employ people travelling on holiday visas.
