We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Assistant Fleet Manager to join our Australia Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting fleet repairs and managing after-sales activity across our national network.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Assist in the management of off-fleet vehicles and mechanical incidents
  • Oversee after-sales service bookings and customer recoveries
  • Review and approve repair quotations and purchase orders
  • Coordinate part orders and supplier qualifications
  • Manage disposal of wrecked vehicles and recall campaigns
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support operational duties, including driving, as required

What You Need

Skills and Experience:

  • Background in the motor industry (mechanical or panel experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, and warranty processes
  • Proficient in computer systems and record keeping
  • Understanding of budgets and profit & loss reporting
  • Full, unrestricted driver's licence
