Our client conducts two (2) main functions:
They act as a licenced real estate agent and a trusted resource on behalf of clients who own health, medical, and retail shopping assets.
They are property developers of health, medical, and retail shopping assets.
Their growth brand — and therefore primary focus — is on health and medical property. Their other brand, which focuses on retail shopping assets, remains important, with growth dependent on opportunities as they arise.
They operate primarily in South-East Queensland, with capability for national expansion as opportunities arise. They are based in Brisbane, Australia.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Process Coordinator to support our client's commercial real estate agency's branding, digital marketing, and sales operations. This role is critical in managing branding, coordinating client campaigns, and driving strong marketing outcomes across all digital channels.
A key requirement of this role is advanced expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The successful candidate must be highly skilled in creating, managing, and optimising Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, ad performance analysis, and strategic content planning. This expertise is essential for generating quality leads, promoting commercial properties, and elevating our client's digital presence.
You will manage marketing for both our client and their clients, ensuring seamless delivery of leasing, sales, and property management campaigns. The role requires a systems-focused marketer with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Company Branding & Client Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for commercial properties, ensuring professional presentation.
- Design brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral using Canva and other design tools.
- Produce and manage branded content for both agency and client campaigns.
- Work with leasing and sales teams to prepare high-quality listing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Manage branding and marketing strategies for both the company and its clients.
Marketing Coordination & Digital Strategy
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage investors, property owners, and tenants.
- Manage lead generation and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct market and competitor research to optimise strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
Website & Social Media Management
- Create, update, and maintain company and property websites via platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
- Optimise website content for SEO and lead generation.
- Develop and manage social media strategies promoting listings, leasing opportunities, and agency expertise.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Analyse engagement and adjust strategies for better performance.
Sales & Leasing Support
- Coordinate marketing efforts supporting leasing and sales activity.
- Prepare branded proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Utilise our CRM system when conducting campaigns.
- Assist with property launches, open inspections, and client events.
Project & Process Management
- Oversee multiple marketing and sales projects simultaneously.
- Document and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved productivity.
- Track project progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Communication & Reporting
- Act as the marketing liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Provide reports on campaign performance, analytics, and social media insights.
- Conduct market research to support leasing and sales strategies.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Real estate marketing experience, preferably in commercial property.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Website management experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) and strong SEO knowledge.
- The successful applicant must have advanced skills in the Meta social media platform, including campaign creation, audience targeting, ad optimisation, performance tracking, and building high-quality content tailored for commercial real estate audiences.
- Strong social media skills across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Exceptional organisational and project management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Systems-oriented mindset, with experience optimising workflows and processes.
- Data-driven approach to marketing, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience in high-end or luxury real estate marketing is an advantage.
