About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Spare Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. This full-time role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with a clear path to a management position.

Here's what your day might look like:

  • Guiding customers from their very first parts enquiry through to making sure they leave with exactly what they need.

  • Identifying and sourcing marine parts for our loyal customers and our in-house service team.

  • Helping us grow—our goal is to expand from a strong statewide presence to supplying marine parts Australia-wide

  • Managing inventory so that our customers and team always have what they need, when they need it.

  • Preparing, packing, and even delivering parts from time to time, along with processing payments.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with marine parts, ideally including outboard motors.

  • Is confident with phone and online sales.

  • Has solid computer skills and great attention to detail.

  • Is organised, self-motivated, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

  • Can think on their feet and loves solving problems.

  • Holds a current driver's licence.

  • Has 3+ years of experience in spare parts interpreting and managing stock.
