About the Role

We're looking for eight experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers to join a major digital transformation program based in Perth. These are long-term (3-year) contract roles working on large-scale enterprise solutions that leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver next-generation business capabilities.

As part of a dynamic and collaborative technical team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support critical business functions and drive process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules and integrate with other enterprise systems
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions
  • Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and Power Automate flows
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Dynamics and Power Platform applications
  • Participate in Agile delivery cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
  • Proven experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, APIs, and custom development (C#, .NET, JavaScript)
  • Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
