About the Role:

SPS Facilities has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable Supervisor Cleaner to join our team in Redland Bay. This hands-on role involves supervising cleaning staff across multiple sites, ensuring high standards are met, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in:

  • Managing staff performance and providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Ensuring OHS compliance at all times, promoting safe work practices, and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and clients.
  • Conducting regular site audits to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Overseeing coverage across multiple sites, ensuring rosters are filled, and services run smoothly.

This position requires a self-starter who can prioritise tasks, adapt to changing demands, and deliver excellent customer service while liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.

To be successful, you will have:

Strong communication and leadership skills

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven reliability and commitment to scheduled hours

Safety awareness and an understanding of OHS practices

Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience (highly regarded but not essential)

A current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)

Availability for an immediate start
