We're in search of a dedicated Area Manager who embodies the values of judgment, integrity, and responsibility.  This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the availability to work flexible hours.

The Area Manager will ensure the workforce performance meets company goals for customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning and growth, and financial performance. This position exists to facilitate the smooth operation of our labour hire services, enhance worker performance, and contribute to the company's overall success, all while ensuring adherence to the specific rules and requirements of the PALM Scheme.

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, where no two days are the same. Your work will involve attending to the well-being of our employees in the region, conducting inductions, and facilitating face-to-face meetings. You'll also be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, you'll assist with managing your assigned tasks, which may even involve on-site supervision of seasonal workers and liaising with our farmers.
