Warehouse Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operator to join our high-performing and friendly team at our Distribution Centre in Devonport, TAS, employed on a casualbasis with possible weekend work included. This is a casual position, but there are plenty of hours available.

About Your Position:

You will play a key role in the overall success of our operations by helping ready quality fresh produce for distribution to stores across Tasmania. Duties include:

• Picking accurate orders to customer requirements
• Inventory management
• Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas are clean and safe to store fresh produce
• Stack pallets so stock won't be damaged in loading or in transit
• Work safely, always
• Working in a refrigerated environment
• Operating electric pallets jacks
• Manual handling, with repetitive lifting of stock up to 20kg

About You:

• Previous warehouse (or similar) experience preferable
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail whilst working in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work together to achieve results
