No previous experience is required other than a demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement, skills development, and workplace integrity. In the role, you will support supervisors and trades staff within the production team, while safely undertaking manufacturing activities including robot welding, CNC machining, material preparation, cutting and component assembly.

We offer above-award pay, structured training, and pay increases to help you reach Level 4 Trades Assistant within 2 years. You'll build diverse skills, enjoy a supportive team, secure parking, bonus opportunities, and the benefit of going home every night.
