At Masterset Jewellers we are a bespoke manufacturing jewellery studio with inhouse, trade qualified jewellers who specialise in custom handmade pieces. We've built our reputation on exceptional craftsmanship and our commitment to meeting every client's brief. Our friendly, attentive and inclusive customer service is second to none.

We're seeking a Front of House Manager.

Ideal applicants will have:

  • Experience in retail preferably in the Jewellery industry
  • A genuine passion for the Jewellery trade
  • Customer service skills are essential
  • Design consultation or sketching experience highly regarded
  • A personable, efficient and professional approach
  • Availability on Saturdays

About the Role

  • Being the first point of contact and managing client consultations
  • Conducting design consultations and sketching ideas
  • Assisting with workshop timelines and planning
  • Processing sales (POS)
  • Coordinating social media and photographing jewellery
  • Maintaining the showroom presentation
  • Organising courier and postal services

Hours & Flexibility

This is a part-time role of up to 35 hours per week depending on skills and experience.

  • Every third Saturday required
  • Flexible hours and days available – we're happy to work with you
  • Example: 9am–2pm across 4–5 days for applicants with caring responsibilities
