**Position Overview**: As the Front of House Manager at Beehive Honeysuckle, you will oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. You will lead a team of servers and hosts, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and ensure that our service standards are consistently met. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience**: Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and has a memorable dining experience. Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Community Engagement**: Contribute to building a sense of community by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with local residents. Promote Beehive Honeysuckle as a hub for social and community events.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists. Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
- **Service Standards**: Maintain and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve service.
- **Inventory and Supplies**: Monitor and manage front-of-house inventory, including restaurant supplies and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers and place orders as needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- **Guest Relations**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, handle special requests, and ensure every visit contributes to a strong community connection.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with reservation and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
