Sonoma Bakery Bowral is dedicated to serving the community with artisan sourdough, exceptional service and specialty coffee. We're seeking a self-motivated, dynamic manager who embodies a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Role is Full-Time and will be located in Bowral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service
  • Coach and train team members for continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Foster a deep knowledge of our products
  • Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role (within the food and beverage sector preferrable)
  • Strong background in food service and/or specialty coffee (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent customer focus and clear communication skills
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development
  • Familiarity with store management and achieving financial targets
