About the Role

Drive Your Success as a NDIS Referral Partner with LifeFul Become a NDIS Referral Partner with LifeFul and earn uncapped commission by helping NDIS participants find reliable, trusted support. This flexible, commission-only role allows you to build your own business while making a positive difference in people's lives.

We are looking for experienced NDIS professionals with strong networks who care about connecting the right support to the right people.

As a NDIS Referral Partner, you will:

  • Identify and connect with potential NDIS participants using industry knowledge and networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Plan Managers, and community organisations.
  • Promote LifeFul's services clearly and tailor messaging to participant needs.
  • Guide clients through the referral and sign-up process, securing service agreements.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and opportunities to expand support.
  • Monitor referral pipelines, track targets, and report progress accurately.
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless participant onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the NDIS or disability sector with strong knowledge of participant needs, services, and compliance.
  • Skilled at generating referrals and building professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in managing documentation using CRM systems.
  • Experience in client engagement, business development, or outreach in health, community, or disability settings.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Valid ABN, PL and PI Insurance
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
    Valid Australian driver's license.
