About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting NDIS participants with their daily living, personal care, and community access. Your work will directly impact their independence and quality of life.

Your duties may include:

  • Community Access & Social Support – Assisting clients in participating in community activities, social outings, and hobbies.
  • Personal Care & Hygiene – Supporting clients with daily self-care, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Assistance – Helping with domestic tasks like cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Goal Achievement – Collaborating with clients to support their personal goals and enhance their independence.
