We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Night Auditor or someone with previous Guest Service Agent experience looking for a new challenge

**Job Description**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Assisting the Overnight Front Office operation
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service during the overnight shift
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Handle guest requests effectively and promptly
- Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float
- Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed
- Serve as sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services
- Monitor rooms' inventory to assist in maximizing rooms' revenue
- Maintain an excellent working rapport with all departments in the hotel
- Complete night audit tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work within a small team in a quiet environment during the overnight shift. The role requires someone with great focus and a solid understanding of the day to day operations of a hotel.** **To be successful, we are hoping to find:

- High level of computer literacy
- Excel and Opera experience preferred
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor.
- Responsible Persons Badge and First Aid Qualification (or able and willing to obtain)
- Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster
