About the Role

Enable WA is expanding our Therapy Services team and seeking both
experienced and new graduate Occupational Therapists
to join our Osborne Park office.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values creativity, flexibility, and a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services to individuals, families, and children with disability
  • Collaborate with support coordinators, NDIA, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Manage a varied caseload and maintain effective time management and documentation practices

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with people with disability (any setting)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination in line with WA Health requirements

Senior OT applicants:
Minimum of 3 years' experience required

New Graduates:
