We aim to build a stronger, more collaborative health system that connects health and social sectors and supports smaller community organizations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Perth. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapeutic interventions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves supporting clients in rehabilitation, promoting independent living, and working with a diverse client population.

Some regional visits to our Geraldton and Kalgoorlie sites.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy skills
  • Rehabilitation and aged care experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in the aged care or community health sector is a plus
  • Relevant registration and licensing as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
