About the role

We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answering high volume - inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors' rooms
  • Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
  • Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required

  • Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Sunday, which includes afternoon/evening shift
  • A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
