- Uphold the company’s strong reputation for customer service by exceeding customer expectations and building positive relationships with stakeholders.- Meet personal/ team targets and objectives that are aligned to the Wolters Kluwer business strategy and company values.- Processing orders, exchanges and managing customer queries from start to completion.- Participation in the provisioning of user licenses and other related tasks as part of the user onboarding process for software services.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client engagements within the company CRM system.- Internal liaison with various stakeholders, including sales, accounts, customer success and technical support.- Contribute to business improvements via our continuous improvement and innovation channels.- Rotating roster, working Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 8.00pm across the Asia Pacific time zone.
Experience Required- Proven experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service type role is preferred.- Strong attention to detail, with exceptional Customer Service acumen.- The ability to build rapport and have great communication skills both written and verbal.- Ability to explain complex information and effectively manage challenging conversations.- A drive to solve the root-cause of problem scenarios as they arise.- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable.
