Supervisor – The Better Clean Team (Newcastle & Surrounds)

Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month

Part time to full time hours are flexible for right candidate

The Supervisor role at The Better Clean Team is an integral connection between leadership, our cleaners, and our valued clients. It's a position that blends heart, communication, and accountability — ensuring excellence in service delivery while nurturing both people and relationships.

This role awards confidence, commitment, and recognition to our cleaners, empowering them to deliver their best work. You'll also report back to leadership and management with insights on how we can better support our team to maintain our high standards of care and professionalism.

As a Supervisor, you'll often be the face of the business — visiting client sites, conducting quality checks, and engaging with both clients and staff. No two days will be the same, so flexibility, quick thinking, and a calm, solutions-focused approach are essential.

We're looking for someone who:


• cleaning experience and good computer skills


• Leads with kindness, service, and integrity.


• Is confident in customer service and communication, with a strong eye for detail.


• Is comfortable problem-solving on the spot and helping others feel supported.


• (Bonus) Comes from a customer service or sales background, even if new to the cleaning industry - we value transferable skills
