What we are looking for?

We are seeking a warehouse Assistant Dispatch Supervisor to join our warehouse team and assist the warehouse supervisor in handling our day-to-day operations in our incredible Milperra Distribution Centre. This professional multitasker will help oversee receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse. You will also ensure the warehouse area is safe, clean and organised, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn, and assist with the implementation of efficiencies within.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You will also drive and assist with programs designed to achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and improve shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfilment of large volumes of product orders every year.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Supervise and assist in managing warehouse tasks and personnel including warehouse assistants
• warehouse stock takes
• receiving/ dispatch processes
• coordinate truck and delivery pick-ups for distribution
• Inventory control andmaintaining accuracy
• Monitor warehouse efficiency, including procedures, stock levels and computer systems
• Manage and inspire staff to be motivated and productive in our high-tempo, dynamic business
