- Manage visa processes and international mobility
- Travel interstate twice a month to build strong site relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the business
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in a similar role within Australia, particularly in a blue-collar or construction-related industry, will be key to your success. You will also bring:
- Resilience and confidence to work with diverse teams in a construction setting
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, EBAs, and IR/ER practices
- Experience with restructures, redundancies, and change processes
- Very solid experience using HRIS

- A desire to grow, learn, and take ownership of your role
- Reliability and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Willingness to travel interstate regularly (2x/month)
- Full-time and unrestricted Australian working rights (essential)
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with:
- The opportunity to be part of a global construction leader
- Genuine career growth and development opportunities
- A collaborative, inclusive, and safety-first culture
- Benefits including life insurance from day one
